ToughGuard Paint Sealant Launches New Website


ToughGuard High Performance Coatings recently announced that it has teamed up with aviation marketing company ABCI to launch a new website for its paint protection products. According to the press release, the company has previously depended on reputation, word-of-mouth marketing and an elementary website to promote product sales and brand recognition.

Founded in the early 1980s, the ToughGuard brand has been utilized on U.S. Air Force and U.S. Naval assets, corporate aircraft, private aircraft, commercial airlines, yachts, boats, municipal vehicles and automobiles. Its clientele includes The Boeing Company, Embraer S.A., Volvo A.B., Ford Motor Company, and is reportedly gaining approvals of other major aerospace OEMS.

The name of the company was changed to ToughGuard High Performance Coatings, LLC in 2021, due to the addition of its ToughGuard NHP Xtreme coating.

“ToughGuard is the leading product in the industry, it was about time to reflect that with the quality of our website, social media and other marketing materials,” said Dan Reid, Owner/CEO.

“We look forward to engaging with more clients in ways that are convenient to them, and educating professionals in these fields about the benefits of our product line.”

The company reports that the ToughGuard paint sealant is a one-of-a-kind surface protective coating that incorporates a unique natural, inorganic resin derived from two rare minerals. These organic minerals are then transposed into liquid form during the manufacturing process and blended with eleven other components at specific times and temperatures during the manufacturing process.

When cured onto paint, clear-coat or gel coat, the resin mechanically bonds to the surface, providing protection from harmful environmental elements such as UV rays, chemicals, volcanic ash, pollution, acidic bird droppings and insect splats, salt water and tree sap.

According to the release, ABCI’s mission is to help aviation companies sell more of their products and services. This includes providing website, social media, email, and direct mail campaigns as well as print media, sales process and strategy, and trade show consulting.
