ACI Releases 2022 Codes, Specifications Collection
The American Concrete Institute has released its 2022 ACI Collection of Concrete Codes, Specifications and Practices, a collection that it deems “the most comprehensive and largest single source of information on concrete design, construction, materials, and repair.”
The collection includes over 50 codes and specifications along with more than 200 practices, which includes guides and reports. In addition, the 2022 ACI Collection includes more than 10 newly published documents ranging from codes on thermal bridge mitigation to specifications for polished concrete slab finishes, crack repair and more.
Other categories in the ACI Collection include concrete materials, properties, design, construction, reinforcement, specialized application, repair, structural analysis, and innovation, slabs, formwork and masonry. It features:
According to ACI, the collection is available as an online subscription, a USB drive and a nine-volume set of books. ACI notes that the online subscription option is developed for individual users and is the most convenient format, is always up-to-date and includes access to every new ACI document upon publication.
Additionally, the online subscription includes access to current and historical versions of ACI’s codes and specifications, along with versions in both inch-pound and S.I. units. Online access for multiple users and companies is also available.
