Bids Wanted for CT Public Hall Painting

The town of Stafford, Connecticut, is seeking bids for the painting of the exterior of Memorial Hall.

The submittal date for this project is April 29.

Scope of Work

This project involves the painting improvements of the exterior of a public hall in Stafford, Connecticut.

In this project, all exterior wood siding surfaces are to be coated using a two-coat system that is made up of one coat of primer and one coat of acrylic. The wood ramp surfaces are to be coated using a two-coat system that consists of one coat of primer followed by one coat of acrylic stain.

All exterior metal railings are to be coated using a one-coat acrylic system.

All windows and doors shall be coated using a three-coat system that is made up of one coat primer and two coats of urethane enamel.

All surfaces to be coated shall be cleaned and power washed.

The brand specified for this project is Sherwin-Williams.
