About the Presenters
Ball is the Global Market Director for Sherwin-Williams High Performance Flooring. Ball has specialized in the flooring and coatings market with the Sherwin-Williams Company for 18 years. He is a NACE-Certified Coatings Inspector and an SSPC-Certified Concrete Coatings Inspector. Ball holds a bachelor’s degree in business from Wilmington College and earned his MBA in marketing from Franklin University.
Manetta is the Global Market Director for Sherwin-Williams Food and Beverage, Automotive Facility Maintenance, Marine and Rail businesses. He has over 16 years of experience in the coatings industry, having held multiple sales and marketing roles focused on protective coatings, industrial OEM coatings and architectural coatings. Manetta holds a bachelor’s degree in business and MBA in marketing from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University.
