  • Gapinski, currently pursuing a MBA from St. Thomas University, has worked in both manufacturing and design engineering since 2012;
  • Nash Sr. spent the majority of his career as a construction supervisor, then moving into a sales role and moving to open Greener Blast Technologies;
  • Nelson is a veteran of the abrasive air blasting industry, his career to date totaling nearly three decades of experience at Axxiom and Schmidt;
  • Blackmur’s career with Clemco started in 1988, and during his time with the company, he has held customer service, managerial and sales roles in his tenure with the company;
  • Roden began his hands-on experience designing equipment in 1981 as an intern, later going on to found Atlantic Design in 1995; and
  • Keenan has over a decade of experience with a blast and paint contractor, and now serves as an equipment vendor.
