VersaFlex Parent Acquires Milamar Coatings
Milamar Coatings, an Oklahoma City-based supplier of epoxy and urethane systems for industrial, flooring and wall applications, has been acquired by DalFort Capital Group, the parent company of other coatings firms including VersaFlex and Raven Lining Systems.
The companies announced the move Tuesday (Sept. 24); financial terms were not disclosed.
Milamar, with more than 35 years in the coatings industry, manufactures coatings marketed under the brands International Coatings Inc., Protective Floorings & Linings, PolyMax and SuperCoat. Its industrial offerings include floor and wall coatings for applications such as food and beverage, aerospace, chemical processing facilities, storage tanks and secondary containment.
The company also markets to the commercial, architectural and residential sectors.

DalFort purchased Milamar from previous owner ShoreView Industries, which had acquired the company in 2012.
