OdorDefender is an acrylic latex paint with food-grade additives, seaweed alginates and specialty resins that function to seal, block and absorb odors.

In the press release, the company noted the National Institute of Health’s report on third-hand smoke, which describes the toxins from smoke that not only stick to building surfaces and furnishings, but also re-emit back into the air as gas and react with other compounds to create secondary pollutants.
