New D+D In Depth Issue Released

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 29, 2017

The latest issue of D+D In Depth, featuring four articles on cool-roof coatings, waterborne UV wood coatings and popularity of EIFS, is now available online.

The issue, released via email Wednesday (Sept. 27), includes an article by Kurt Schwahn, president of Anvil Paints & Coatings Inc., who delves into the evolving trends, technology and debate surrounding cool-roof coatings.

The issue continues with a piece by Steven Reinstadtler and Robert Wade, Coverstro LLC, who discuss waterborne UV coatings, including properties, benefits, drawbacks and application techniques.

Scott Robinson, director of public affairs for the EIFS Industry Members Association, takes a look at why EIFS has become the go-to for those in the resort business. And, rounding out the issue, Mike Kozlowski, of Thompson’s Waterseal, gives an “insider’s look” into the exterior wood case industry and how trends and product ease are influencing the novice market.
