Solvent Aims to Extend Concrete Dye Coverage
A new solvent carrier has been developed that aims to double the coverage rate of concrete dyes.
Ameripolish’s (Lowell, Arkansas) ColorSolve has an updated formula, which allows it to leave little to no residual dye on project surfaces, according to the company.
The company recommends ColorSolve be applied by using a solvent sprayer, and says that its use can extend dye coverage up to 1,000 square feet per gallon.
The product also allows concrete dyes to be applied at higher grit levels, such as 800 and 1,500 grit for color enhancement or re-application and refurbishing, the company notes.
The product is available in 1-gallon, 5-gallon and 55-gallon buckets.
