New Artisan Siding Made for Architecture Design

Flexibility in architectural design is at the core of James Hardie Building Products Inc.’s new product line, known as the Aspyre Collection.

With the combination of the Reveal Panel System and Artisan Siding, the collection offers a combination of products that accommodate designing for a wide variety of architectural styles, noted the company.

The launch of the collection involved the introduction of four new artisan siding profiles: Bevel Channel, Square Channel, Shiplap and Beaded Lap. These join the company’s pre-existing offerings of artisan V-Groove and Lap siding. Each profile has 5/8-inch thick boards, which results in the ability to miter corners.

The Reveal Panel System is a commercial-grade system, complete and customizable, provided along with trim and fastener products. The panels are 7/16-inch thick, manufactured at 4 feet by 8 feet with a 1/2-inch joint, and can be cut onsite and oriented as needed—horizontally or vertically. There are also only 14-21 fasteners per panel.

Sean Gadd, James Hardie’s Chief Marketing Officer, noted that the Aspyre Collection can be used individually or in combination for more creative freedom.

“Architects and builders of luxury properties—whether single-family or multi-family—understand how important it is to design with high-performance products that enhance their own creativity,” Gadd added in a statement.

“The Aspyre Collection is all about enabling creative freedom and fulfilling the expectations of discerning clients. It truly does represent the art and soul of high design.”
