New D+D In Depth Issue Released

WEDNESDAY, APRIL 19, 2017

The latest issue of D+D In Depth, featuring five articles on the functional and psychological performance of architectural coatings and related materials, is now available online.

Released via email Tuesday (April 18), the issue includes an article written by Billy Rosbottom, creative manager for Sto Corp., about the aesthetic and functional importance of innovative façade design.

Also in this issue, Rick Duncan, the technical director of the Spray Polyurethane Foam Alliance (SPFA), explores the performance benefits of spray polyurethane foam roofing and coating systems. Barbara Jacobs (Barbara Jacobs Color and Design) analyzes the physiological impact of color use in retail settings.

In Depth looks ahead to two conferences: the AIA Conference on Architecture 2017 later this month and the inaugural D+D Material Selection Conference in September. Durability + Design editor Amy Woodall details the highlights of A’17, including keynote speakers, seminars and exhibitors, and also outlines what conference-goers can expect from D+D’s one-day seminar, including session summaries and registration information.
