Adhesives Formulated for ‘Tough’ Jobs
Construction product manufacturer DAP (Baltimore) has released a new line of construction adhesives, reportedly formulated for tough jobs including the installation of subfloors, drywall, heavy remodeling and new construction.
The DynaGrip adhesives offer high-performance latex, solvent and hybrid formulations and are easy to gun for greater efficiency, the company says. Moreover, several options are reportedly low-odor and compliant with stringent VOC regulations.
The adhesive line features 11 new products, including DAP DynaGrip Heavy Duty, made for heavier remodeling jobs; DAP DynaGrip 4000 Subfloor, which offers a high-strength weatherproof bond on wet, frozen or treated lumber; and DAP DynaGrip Drywall, made for installing drywall panels on vertical walls and ceilings overhead, the company says.
