Lapolla Bows Energy-Saving SPF
Spray foam and roof coatings manufacturer Lapolla Industries Inc. (Houston, TX) has introduced a new open-cell spray polyurethane foam insulation designed for use without an ignition barrier.
FOAM-LOK FLX 500-EM is billed as a low-density, ultra high-yield insulation material that reduces energy consumption, cuts moisture penetration and increases thermal performance in the structure.
The easy-to-apply product is recommended for attics and crawl spaces, according to Lapolla.
The product meets fire safety criteria established by the International Code Council Evaluation Service, Lapolla adds.
