Webinar Focuses on Aesthetics, Testing

From good color to gloss retention, a free upcoming webinar focuses on the long-term appearance of coatings used on commercial buildings.

“Aesthetics Issues & Related Tests,” a D+D Educational Series Webinar, will be presented at 11 a.m. ET, Oct. 14.

Aesthetics must be addressed during the design of a project. Aggressive environments can present challenges in terms of color and gloss retention of finish coats.

This webinar will discuss finish coats that are commonly used when appearance is critical. The webinar will also address issues associated with appearance when touch-ups are required.

The use of instruments for determining color and gloss of applied coatings will also be discussed.

Webinar participants are eligible for one AIA LU credit.
