Webinar Dives into Waterjet Cleaning

WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 23, 2015

Gaining a comprehensive understanding of waterjet cleaning is the topic of the next free webinar from JPCL and SSPC.

Surface preparation authority Dr. Lydia Frenzel will present “Waterjetting: A 30-Year Perspective” from 11:00 a.m. to noon ET Wednesday, Sept. 30. Participants will be eligible to receive continuing education credits from SSPC.

Participants may register here free.

What You’ll Learn

Since 1985, SSPC has issued three versions of the Waterjetting Surface Preparation Standards and two Visual Guides.

Frenzel will explain the steps involved in moving from abrasive blast cleaning to waterjet cleaning and how our understanding of the basics—profile, degrees of visible cleanliness and non-visible contaminants—has progressed to focus on what makes a coating adhere and perform as expected.
