Satin Finish Made for Masonry

Benjamin Moore & Co. has added a masonry coating formulated for commercial and residential applications to its line of Ultra Spec paints.
The Ultra Spec Masonry Acrylic Latex Satin-FIL is billed as a fast-drying, low-VOC interior or exterior coating, according to company literature. The company says it is designed to fill, seal and finish in one application.

The product is recommended for use on cured cinder block, poured/pre-cast concrete, brick and other masonry structures, according to the company.

The acrylic formula can also be used on incidental primed metal and wood as well as interior wallboard and cured plaster. Spray application of the system is recommended.
