Rhino Linings Buys Spray Foam Maker
SAN DIEGO—Rhino Linings Corp. has acquired a Missouri-based spray foam insulation manufacturer, broadening its reach into the building products market.
Arnthane Inc., based in Richmond, MO, is a full-service chemical manufacturer, providing spray foam, polyurea, epoxy and urethane coatings to a variety of industries.
Rhino Linings, a protective coatings and linings industry leader, says it will incorporate the Arnthane line of foam products into its existing spray foam portfolio, according to an announcement made Tuesday (May 19).
Expanding Reach
Acquiring the manufacturer allows Rhino Linings to expand its reach further into the industrial and commercial building products market, a company goal since 2011.
"Arnthane's impressive product offerings, coupled with Rhino Linings excellent marketing capability and extensive distribution channels will make Rhino Linings an even greater force in the spray foam and coatings marketplace,” said Pierre Gagnon, the president and CEO of Rhino Linings.
