Finished Steel Sports Wood Look
KALAMA, WA—Steelscape, a national supplier of metallic- and pre-painted steel, has unveiled two new wood-grain finishes in its Steelscape Prints line.
Red Cedar and Driftwood Print expand the company's specialty finishes portfolio, which previously included Camo, Granite, Metallic, Rustic, Composite and Slate.
The new line allows architects, specifiers and owners to blend "the versatility of steel with the warmth and natural beauty of wood," according to Steelscape.
Applications for Steelscape Prints include roofing, interior or exterior wall panels, roof vents and other roofing accessories. Steelscape says the materials offer depth and color variation, especially when viewed in natural light.

The Woodgrain prints are produced with a premium PVDF paint system and carry a 30-year limited warranty, the company says. The prints meet industry standards for adhesion and formability complying with ASTM 5402, ASTM 3359 and ASTM 4145.
