Free Webinar Takes on 2k Urethanes
Increasing regulations are handing the coating industry new challenges in providing products that are environmentally friendly without sacrificing performance.
One such challenge—tighter regulations of solvents released by applied coatings and finishes—will be discussed in "Overcoming the Obstacles in Formulating Solvent-Based Low-VOC Acrylic Two-Component Urethanes," a free webinar to be held from 11 a.m. to noon ET (4 to 5 p.m. CET) Oct. 30.
The webinar is part of the JPCL/SSPC Webinar Education Series.
What You'll Learn
This webinar will address the issues, formulation methodology and raw-material types needed to overcome obstacles with solvent-based, two-component acrylic urethanes.
The discussion will include acrylic resin technology, present regional VOC regulations, and ingredients that coating formulators should consider when creating solvent-based, low-VOC acrylic urethane finishes.
The webinar is sponsored by BASF.
Participants may register here free.
