A new workbook aimed at evaluating and improving safety on the job has been published.

CPWR: The Center for Construction Research and Training announced the availability of “Strengthening Jobsite Safety Climate” in its October safety update.

“A good safety climate requires integrating safety concerns into every aspect of a firm’s operations,” the center notes.

The free workbook consists of eight worksheets designed for construction managers, safety professionals and hourly craft workers. The worksheets cover topics such as demonstrating management commitment, improving communication and ensuring accountability at all levels.
