Webinar Offers TLC for Roof Coatings
Maintenance that protects the integrity and durability of coatings for today’s popular metal roofs is the focus of a free upcoming webinar hosted by Durability + Design.
"Rehabilitation of Metal Roof Coatings" will be presented from 11 a.m. to noon ET Sept. 24.
Part of D+D's Education Series, the webinar will provide a look at the inspections and maintenance protocols that are required to maintain the integrity and service life of metal roof coatings.
The discussion will include metal roof inspections, maintenance, common potential coating failures, and ways to correct them.
Participants are eligible for one AIA LU credit and may register here free.

Presenter Jim Machen is a Senior Coatings Consultant with KTA-Tator Inc. He is a NACE Certified Coatings Inspector Level 3 (Peer Review), an SSPC Certified Protective Coatings Specialist, and a Level II Inspector in accordance with ASTM D4537.

Machen performs consulting activities for a variety of clients in the transportation, water/wastewater, power generation, chemical processing, and marine industries.
