Titan Expands Impact Sprayer Line

Residential, property-maintenance and light commercial applications have a new airless-sprayer option in Titan Tools' Impact 400.

The newest addition to the Titan Impact line, the 400 airless paint sprayer is designed for small contractors, painting professionals and property maintenance specialists.

The compact, portable unit weighs 20 percent less than other competitive sprayers but is as durable as a commercial sprayer, according to Titan.

Applications and Features

The unit is recommended for single gun applications with a maximum tip size of .021 inch and can handle weekly workloads of 50 to 100 gallons. The Impact 400 will spray all standard architectural coatings: stains, lacquers, enamels, oil and latex house paints and primers.

The 400 features Titan's patented Quad+ packings from the Impact 440 as well as the company's newly designed Intelligent Control System, which provides power on demand, optimized cooling, and extended motor life, according to Titan. The Impact 400 is equipped with rugged 1.25-inch diameter skid legs and a 7/8 hp DC Motor.

The Impact 400 carries Titan's WearGuard warranty, which includes four years on manufacturer’s defects and a limited lifetime warranty on the motor and drive train.

Chris Noto, product director for Titan, called the Impact 400 "an affordable, professional, entry-level sprayer that will provide our customers with years of reliable performance."
