MONDAY, AUGUST 12, 2013

VersaFlex Inc. has introduced a new solvent/stripper designed to remove uncured polyurea, polyurethane, epoxies and polyester resins from spray guns and equipment parts.

Dzolv is designed for contractors who spray polyurea or polyurethane foam and find it difficult to remove crystallized iso and resin as well as hardened finishes from gun parts, pump parts, proportioning equipment and PPE.

Low-VOC, water-soluble Dzolv is designed to remove hardened finishes.

A water-soluble organic solvent, containing no aromatics or petroleum distillates, Dzolv is designed to provide maximum stripping effectiveness while incorporating a high flash point and low toxicity.

Features and Specs

According to VersaFlex, the product replaces most industrial solvents such as chlorinated hydrocarbons (methylene chloride, carbon tetrachloride and 1,1,1 trichlorethane) when used on cured polymers.
