Webinar Archive: Closing Deals with Communication

Although Technology Publishing Co. has wrapped up PaintSquare Connect, its signature virtual event for the protective and commercial coatings industries, an archived library of its featured webinars remains available to registrants until May 31.

Over the course of the next few months, PaintSquare Daily News will be highlighted some of those webinars, reminding readers to experience these educational presentations before they’re gone.

Although Technology Publishing Co. has wrapped up PaintSquare Connect, its signature virtual event for the protective and commercial coatings industries, an archived library of its featured webinars remains available to registrants until May 31.

This webinar focuses on how a contractor can increase closing percentage by simply improving communication and documentation. The presentation dives into the importance of having a solid process for the team to follow every step of the way.

The conversation highlights common areas where lack of communication leads to lost deals or unhappy customers and team members and how those issues can be alleviated. The webinar dissects how what appears to be one lost deal or unhappy customer can actually be a lot larger problem. Conversely, the talk also looks at how easy it can be to create a great customer experience and the fruits that that experience can yield.

About the Presenter

Gogan leads the Education efforts at CompanyCam. He travels around the country partnering with contractors and distributors to better document their job sites by organizing all of their photos and notes into one place. After spending nearly a decade teaching middle and high school social studies, Gogan now spends his time helping contractors win with a wide array of tips, tricks and procedures. His unique mix of industry knowledge and experience in education creates a perfect learning environment for contractors from all industries.

Gogan has attended and presented at shows and conferences across the United States including the Roofing Contractors Association of Texas, Florida Roofing Contractors Association, Catalyst's RISE Conference, and Win The Storm in Las Vegas. Gogan holds a Bachelor of Education from the University of Nebraska at Kearney.
