Announced in February, coating solutions company Seal For Life has completed yet another acquisition, this time of Surrey, United Kingdom-based anticorrosion solutions company, Oxifree Metal Protection.

“We believe Oxifree products and services will be a perfect fit within the SFL Group, and a great addition to their asset integrity solutions line up,” said Ed Hall, Head of Oxifree.

“We, along with SFL and Arsenal are very excited for what this next phase of the business will bring. Importantly we remain committed to our partners and clients, and look forward to continuing these relationships with the added benefit of the resources of SFL to support.”

Through the acquisition, Seal For Life expects to broaden its portfolio of protective coating technologies, range of applications and will continue to provide maintenance and repair solutions that prolong the life and durability of critical applications.

“Oxifree brings a successful and complementary range of asset protection solutions to our existing and expanding portfolio of products,” Dirk Totte, President of Seal For Life, added.

“This is an exciting time for SFL and we look forward to working together to provide a one-stop solution to our customers.”

  • Highland International (Boone, North Carolina): formulates heat-resistant and corrosion protection coatings with an expertise in high-temperature coatings;
