“We are thrilled to welcome Tex•Cote into the Tnemec family and feel there are great synergies between the two companies,” Wallace said.

“We feel a real kinship with Tex•Cote,” said Chase Bean, President and CEO of Tnemec.

“Both companies share a common history of private ownership, multi-generational family management and an entrepreneurial spirit that is deeply-rooted in the company culture.”
