A new report from research firm GlobalData that breaks down construction projects in the United States has found that nearly 60% of the construction market is occupied by just 10 states.

According to the firm, the report aims to provide an assessment of the current construction project pipeline by the 10 key states based on data including analysis on total construction pipeline by sector and stage, projected annual spending on the current project pipeline by funding methods over the five-year span, as well as analysis on all major projects by value, start and end date, stage of development, funding mechanism and leading contractors.
