The Concrete Reinforcing Steel Institute recently announced the winners of its biennial CRSI HONORS Design and Construction Awards program, with 19 projects being selected for recognition.

CRSI has spent nearly 40 years recognizing achievements in design and construction by owners, engineers, architects and other qualified parties in North America. This year’s entries came from all across the U.S., as well as parts of Eastern Canada.

Project entries were evaluated on several criteria: satisfaction of owner objectives, development of innovative solutions, maximizing project value, effective use of reinforced concrete and overall aesthetics. Twelve projects earned an award while seven received a merit certificate.
