Florida-based Waterblasting Technologies has introduced the Ground Hog—HT1000SR, a self-rotating, walk-behind water blaster that features vacuum recovery and can operate up to 40,000 PSI.

According to the company, the mower-style Ground Hog also features built-in speed control.

Water rotates the spray bar, with the machine handle acting as a small hydraulic fluid reservoir; this operates as a hydraulic pump. Speed control is achieved when the return line to the tank is restricted, which reduces RPMs to the desired speed, the company says.

Florida-based Waterblasting Technologies has introduced the Ground Hog—HT1000SR, a self-rotating, walk-behind water blaster that features vacuum recovery and can operate up to 40,000 PSI.

The spray bar itself is both machine balanced and angled, eliminating vibration. The Ground Hog also connects to any 40,000 PSI water pump, Waterblasting Technologies notes.

The HT1000SR removes rubber, paint, urethane, thermoplastic and elastometric coatings from asphalt and concrete, with the ability remove up to 1,500 square feet per hour. Operators can work up to 300 feet away from the pump.

The waterblaster’s flow rate is 6.5-9.2 gallons per minute, with a cutting path of 14 feet.

I think you meant a cutting path of 14 inches, not 14 feet!
