The Sherwin-Williams Company (Cleveland) has launched an online ordering option for professional customers, which will allow customers to order supplies from their local store at any time.
Those who have a PRO account with their local Sherwin-Williams store can create a profile and password on mySW.com, which serves as the portal to connect the user with their PRO account. According to the company, many customers already use the portal to monitor their purchase history, pay invoices and access pricing.

“The launch of the Sherwin-Williams e-commerce platform is an important milestone in our ongoing efforts to provide professionals with best-in-class products and services,” said Pam Gillikin, e-business senior director at Sherwin-Williams. “We’re excited to offer customers a fast and efficient way to order our paint and supplies online using their computer, tablet or mobile phone.”
Anyone interested in participating in the online ordering option should create a profile on mySW.com, with their nine-digit PRO account number.
The e-commerce platform is currently only available in select markets, but is slated for nationwide release by mid-November. The Sherwin-Williams PRO app will also be updated to incorporate online ordering in early 2018.
