The entire interior wet surface will require removal of contaminants with a solvent cleaner before application of the zinc-epoxy coating system.

The entire interior wet surface will require removal of contaminants with a solvent cleaner before application of the zinc-epoxy coating system. This will also require application of an additional coat of primer or intermediate coat to ensure uniformity around seams and welds.

As for the outside of the tank, after abrasive blast-cleaning, the exterior will receive a zinc-epoxy-urethane system. The owner-specified brand for the coatings is Tnemec.

The project shall be completed by July 3.

Someone had better check them Spec's again about that interior blast being a SSPC SP6. Think someone got their interior and exterior mixed up.
