Pentreat 244-100 is a 100 percent active silane sealer being introduced this week by W.R. Meadows.

Pentreat 244-100 is a new hydrophobic impregnating sealer that W.R. Meadows says can be applied to structures including parking garages, bridge decks and piers, marine buildings, medians and traffic barriers, as well as driveways, patios and other residential and commercial uses.

Made to Prevent Damage

According to the manufacturer, Pentreat 244-100 helps to prevent chloride-induced corrosion of rebar, scaling, spalling and freeze-thaw damage.

The product is a 100 percent active silane sealer, and W.R. Meadows says the product won’t leave a residue and does not require cleaning after applied.

Pentreat 244-100 is being introduced at the World of Concrete show, which starts Tuesday (Jan. 17) in Las Vegas.
