AquaClean takes Induron's epoxy coating technology (not shown) and makes it suitable for immersion in potable water.

AquaClean, from Induron Protective Coatings, is based on the manufacturer’s Perma-Clean II Epoxy. The technology behind the coating is built for aggressive, industrial environments, according to Induron. AquaClean takes that technology and makes it suitable for immersion in potable water, it says.

Steel, Iron, Concrete

According to Induron, AquaClean is a two-component, high-solids, self-priming epoxy made for use on steel, ductile iron or concrete surfaces exposed to potable or process water, or aggressive industrial environments. It can be applied via brush, roller, or conventional or airless spray.

Induron, says AquaClean, complies with the Ozone Transport Commision's standards for VOC content, allowing the product to be sold in most U.S. markets.

The product comes in tan, gray, red and aqua white.
