Graco Inc. has released the new Xtreme PFP with XL 10000 air motor, which it calls the largest air motor it has ever built.

The XL 10000 air motor was designed to provide maximum power and flow for single-leg epoxy intumescent passive fire protection materials.

According to the company, the new Xtreme PFP with XL 10000 air motor allows you to use multiple guns in order to speed job completion and reduces pulsations during spray applications.

Graco will continue to offer the Xtreme PFP with NXT 6500 air motor along with the new Xtreme PFP with XL 10000 air motor. A comparison of motor specs follows:

The company says the 7,250 psi (500 bar) maximum spray pressure with 290 cc/cycle flow rate handles higher pressure and flow for difficult-to-spray epoxy PFP materials.

Additionally, the quick-knock-down Xtreme 290 cc high-pressure lower displacement is said to lead to fast cleaning between shifts, which Graco says is typically required for all single-leg PFP applications. It is also approved for explosive atmospheres.
