MAPLE SHADE, NJ--Stonhard has introduced a spray-applied lining system for reservoirs, large tanks, cooling towers and other vertical applications in corrosive environments.
Stonchem 444 is a spray-applied, 100% solids, two-component, hybrid elastomer lining system designed for vertical and overhead applications.

Stonchem 444 is UL approved for potable water storage tanks of 1,000 gallons or greater.
It can be applied over a broad range of substrates and environmental conditions at a nominal thickness of 30–120 mil/0.75 to 3mm.
The system has an optional non-skid surface and can be applied in cold environments.
Stonchem linings are seamless systems designed to protect substrates from a broad range of chemicals, including most petroleum-based products, salts, acids and alkalis. The product line was individually formulated to resist corrosion, abrasion and extreme temperatures.
Stonhard products are backed by Stonhard’s single-source warranty on both products and installation.
