High-build, fast-drying, urethane cement flooring systems for breweries and wineries comprise the latest product line from Westcoat.

The Temper-Crete line features "excellent chemical-, heat- and steam-resistant qualities," according to a product announcement.

The urethane cement systems are designed for active service and manufacturing areas.

Temper-Crete is available in three systems:

  • Standard is a self- leveling, flowable and monolithic urethane cement system designed for ease of installation without sacrificing durability.
  • Custom is a self-leveling urethane cement system that installs like the Standard system, but offers greater decorative possibilities with quartz sand and color chip finishes.
  • Industrial is a trowel-grade urethane cement mortar that produces a heavy-duty, industrial surface.

Cove base options are available, and all systems meet USDA, FDA and ADA compliance, according to the company.

The San Diego-based manufacturer of specialty coating products says it will showcase the new line at the World of Concrete, scheduled for Feb. 3-6 in Las Vegas.
