Atlas recommends the product for residential and commercial tile roof systems.

The system is designed to give roofers traction during installation.

Features, Characteristics

Its polyester top surface bonds with all foam adhesives used in roof tile installation and will hold up under stacked tiles without slippage or damage to the membrane surface, according to the company.

The 60 mil thickness allows the system to withstand very high temperatures, with a melting point of 260°F, the manufacturer says.

Each 3-by-72-foot roll can cover 200 square feet of roof deck. The three-inch-wide selvage edge creates a waterproof bond and provides an alignment guide, Atlas says.

Based in Atlanta, Atlas Roofing is a manufacturer of residential and commercial building products.
