Air-Bloc LF is a seamless flashing membrane that can be applied at temperatures as low as 20°F.

Based in El Segundo, CA, Henry develops building envelope systems and offers building solutions.

'Impervious' Membrane

Air-Bloc LF is fast curing, high-solids, and low VOC, according to Henry.

The product is designed to cure through reaction with airborne moisture to provide a heavy-duty impervious membrane with "excellent weathering and water resistance," the company says.

The product is compatible with asphalt and can adhere to prepared substrates of concrete, concrete block, primed steel, aluminum mill finish, anodized aluminum, galvanized metal, exterior grade gypsum board and plywood.

It is applied with an appropriate caulking gun, and then spread with a trowel or joint knife. According to the company, Air-Bloc LF can be applied at temperatures as low as 20°F and can be left exposed for six months.
