The unit can travel through a standard man door and can work in narrow aisles and congested environments. It has a 500-pound capacity.
Rotating Platform
According to Lift-A-Loft, the Vertex platform can rotate 90 degrees to either side to provide over 28 inches of side reach. The compact unit can drive at full elevation, even with the platform rotated to either side, the company says.
The Vertex features a maintenance-free mast design and reversible electric drive motors. The machine's functions are controlled by a CAN bus system and maneuvered with a multi-directional joystick.
According to the company, pre-production units are currently on order and full production is slated for this month.
