Previously, Nick Randall was plant manager for the Traco division of the Kawneer Co., a sister company to Alcoa Architectural Products.

Randall joined Alcoa in 2007 as the quality and continuous improvement manager for Kawneer United Kingdom. He was named operations director a year later and served in that capacity until 2011, when he was appointed plant manager for the Traco division of Kawneer Co., an Alcoa business and sister company to Alcoa Architectural Products.

Record of Improvements

Alcoa said that under Randall’s leadership at Traco, new safety, environmental and employee retention programs were deployed and product delivery rates improved.

“Nick has been instrumental in driving continual improvement across the enterprise,” said Diana Perreiah, president of Alcoa Building & Construction Systems, North America.

“We’re looking forward to leveraging Nick’s experience at AAP as we continue to refine and grow our cladding business,” she added.

Previously, Randall worked as a lead launch engineer for Jaguar Cars. He holds a bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering systems from Liverpool John Moores University in Liverpool, England.

Alcoa Architectural Products, a part of the Alcoa Building & Construction Systems business, produces exterior and interior cladding and corporate identity products for commercial construction. The segment has manufacturing facilities in Eastman, GA, and Merxheim, France.

Alcoa is the world’s top producer of primary and fabricated aluminum, as well as the world’s largest miner of bauxite and refiner of alumina. Alcoa employs approximately 61,000 people in 30 countries worldwide.
