Unexpected Snack

Ron had owned a large farm that had a large, swampy pond. 

One evening, the farmer wandered down to the pond to check it out. 

He grabbed a five-gallon bucket to bring back some fruit. As he neared the pond, he heard voices shouting and laughing. 

As he approached, he saw a bunch of young women skinny-dipping in the pond. When the women saw him, they dove toward the deep end. 

“We’re not coming out until you leave!” one said.

Ron said, “I didn’t come down here to watch you ladies swim naked or make you get out of the pond naked.” 

Holding up the bucket, he said, “I’m here to feed the alligator.”
