A little boy goes with his Grandma to visit his Grandpa in the hospital.
When they get there, he runs ahead and bursts into the old man's room.
"Grandpa, Grandpa!" he says excitedly. "As soon as Grandma comes into the room, make a noise like a frog!"
"What? Why?" says the Grandpa.
"Because Grandma says that as soon as you croak, we're going to Disney World!"
