Three men died on Christmas Eve and were met by Saint Peter at the Pearly Gates.
“In honor of this holy season,” Saint Peter said, “you must each show me a symbol of Christmas to get into heaven.”
The first man fumbled through his pockets, pulled out a lighter, and flicked it on. “It's a candle,” he said.
“You may pass,” nodded Saint Peter.
The second reached into his pocket, pulled out a set of keys, shook them and said, “They're bells.”
He, too, was admitted.
All this time, the third man has been searching desperately through his pockets. Finally, relieved, he pulls out a pair of women’s panties and waves them.
His eyebrow raised, Saint Peter asks, “And just what are those?”
The man replies: “They’re Carol’s.”
