No Fair
A priest dies and is standing in line at the Pearly Gates with a cabbie. The driver is quickly admitted and ushered to the highest level.
After a long wait, it’s finally the priest’s turn. Irritated, he asks St. Peter, “Why would that taxi driver go to the highest level of heaven, and I, who spoke about God all my life, have to wait for such a long time?”
St. Peter replies, “When you were speaking to the people at your church, everybody was sleeping. But when that taxi driver was driving, everybody prayed!”
