Our team is currently seeking a seasoned Project Architect (minimum 6 years of experience) who will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks including working jointly with Design Principals relative to the internal and external tasks of managing, executing, and coordinating architectural projects as well as preparing design and construction documents, and managing/coordinating construction administration services.
Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and a broad base of experience in all aspects of design, documentation, and construction administration.
A first professional degree in architecture (B. Arch or M. Arch) and architectural licensure is required.
An advanced command of Revit is essential. [Multifamily, mixed-use, senior living, healthcare, and/or higher education design expertise is a plus.]
