If you're an experienced Architect that has experience leading and managing a team, we're looking for you to join us. As we continue to grow, we want to bring more and more services, in-house, including our architect & design team.

What you'll be doing:
Complete feasibility studies
Organize engineer design projects while preparing timetables and cost estimates
Support construction by performing compliance inspections and tests
Proper documentation and maintenance
Compliance with codes and regulations to
What we're looking for
Ability to read & understanding construction drawings
Ability to design & develop projects, based on customer requirements
AutoCAD drafting of project layouts & specific areas of concern
Coordination between engineers and designers and external representatives
Preparing easy to understand, plan check response letters
Assist with pricing & timeline input for contract purposes
What we're looking for:
Experience leading a team of CAD drafters and engineers
Ability to coordinate several design teams while tracking progress with sub-contractors
Knowledge of current CA building codes (CEC, CFC, CPC)
