Salary Range: $58,000 to $85,000 depending on experience and capabilities. End-of-year bonus based on performance metrics. Job Description: PM’s report to Production Manager in the Residential Construction Division. PM’s responsibilities include: managing Field Crews, maintaining project schedule & budget, communicating with customers, coordinating material deliveries and subcontractor schedules and performance, troubleshooting and punch-list for job close-out, and monitoring company vehicles and equipment for proper use and daily preventive maintenance. Hours: Generally light schedule during winter months usually 30 hours/week or less, ramping up to 60+ hours/week at the height of the season by late summer. During the season, PM’s are expected to at least be available by phone during weekday evenings and Saturdays. Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction management (will consider less experience for quality candidate), familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, good communication skills (verbal and written), clean driving record, passed drug screen and background check. Military service a plus. Type of projects include “backyard” work including patios, pool decks, & other outdoor living spaces. Services performed in-house include decorative concrete, natural stone and paver flatwork, grading, drainage, and installation of plant material, water features, and landscape lighting. Custom carpentry, plumbing and electrical work is performed by 3rd party subcontractors.
