As an Architectural Project Manager, you will have transformational opportunities and experiences. You will develop designs for a variety of projects, including hospitality, retail, high-end residential, commercial, mixed-use, and corporate. You will collaborate with individuals in other disciplines including civil engineers, landscape architects, and planners to bring innovative designs to fruition.


* Bachelor's or Master's in Architecture from an accredited school

* 3+ years of experience

* Licensed or in pursuit of licensure

* LEED accredidation is desirable

* Experience working on all phases of projects from conception to completion

* Advanced knowledge of design software including Revit, Rhinoceros, AutoCAD, Photoshop

* Excellent communication, technical skills, and interpersonal relations


* Creative, inspired, energetic, forward-thinking, leader

* Eager to collaborate with team members and outside consultants

* Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects at once

* Strong client relations

* Honest, adaptable, detail-oriented Our client is ready to bring the right individual onto their team.

What to excpect

* Coordination with other disciplines within the firm as well as outside, including civil engineers, urban planners, subcontractors, etc.

* Working with Principals and Project Managers to schedule projects, determine fees, and write proposals

* Projects ranging from commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, educational, multifamily, retail

* Development of new and existing client relationships

* Producing design documents, bid documents, proposals

* Involvement in all phases of projects
