Many JPCL readers are well-acquainted with the steps involved in the field or shop painting of large structures, such as bridges, water tanks and concrete floors. However, a very large amount of painting is done every day in the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) area, and when these items fail, the consequences to the parties involved can be equally devastating.
