The warehouse building at Indiana’s Putnamville Correctional Facility may not have become the proverbial “cooler,” as an isolation cell is sometimes called. But a roof-restoration project involving the use of a white, solar-reflective roof coating certainly has taken the building’s temperature down a few notches....
